Gartner is seeking a transformative leader to serve as Managing Vice President (MVP), Enterprise Publishing Modernization. As Gartner clients shift toward use of LLMs we are rapidly transforming our publishing models to deliver our insights at scale. Daily Responsibilities:
Visionary Content Transformation: Integrate and inspire four high-performing teams: Editorial & Production, Multimedia & Graphics, Templates & Voice, and Content Maintenance into a unified, agile powerhouse that sets the pace for the industry.
AI-Driven Modernization: Pioneer the adoption of AI-enabled publishing frameworks, leveraging advanced language models and structured authoring to accelerate content creation, elevate quality, and scale innovation across all formats including written, visual, and multimedia.
Market-Led Strategy: Define and execute a forward-thinking publishing roadmap, grounded in market intelligence, competitive insights, and a deep understanding of emerging content ecosystems.
Enterprise Change Leadership: Serve as a catalyst for enterprise-wide transformation, partnering with senior executives to drive new standards, behaviors, and mindsets, ensuring Gartners content is delivered with unprecedented speed, clarity, and impact.
Client-Centric Delivery: Operate at the nexus of insight creation and client experience, ensuring Gartners thought leadership flows seamlessly and powerfully through all digital channels to maximize influence, engagement, and retention.
Job Requirements:
A proven track record of leading large-scale publishing or content transformation in complex, global organizations.
Deep expertise in content strategy, digital publishing, and AI-driven innovation.
Experience modernizing legacy publishing operations and setting new industry benchmarks for quality, efficiency, and client impact.
Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to inspire, align, and mobilize cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
A passion for challenging conventions, pioneering new models, and shaping the future of content delivery.
Compensation:
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 226,000 USD - 283,000 USD.
